Chesapeake is looking for volunteers for the 6th Annual Dismal Swamp Stomp Half Marathon on April 14, 2012. Individuals and groups of all types (church, school, corporate, and more) are needed to make this event a success.
Please note that you may register for more than one volunteer task provided the times do not overlap. If you do not have a preference of jobs, please make note in the comments box.
To register as an individual volunteer for the event, please click on the link below, read through the job descriptions, check the job you would like to perform, and complete the necessary personal information.
Register as an individual volunteer
To register as a group, first have your group chairperson register your group by clicking the link below. From there, the group leader will need to create a username and password to log in and set up the group. Once the group is set up, direct each member of your group to sign up for your group as shown below. Special prizes will be given to the largest volunteer group.
Register for a group. After your group chairperson has created your group, please click the link below to sign up for the group. Select the group you would like to join from the drop down list and enter the password provided to you by your group chairperson. Complete the required information and submit.
Coordinator acccess page. This is where assigned volunteer coordinators can log in and view, download and communicate with their group of volunteers.
